Shipping is free on orders over $200. We will ship your package via UPS, FedEx, Ground Airmax, unless your location is west coast in which case we will automatically ship Express for a 2 to 3 day Transit. Your package will take 1 to 3 days to arrive to you once it is shipped. We do not ship across weekends because shipping time extends past the effectiveness of dry ice.
Orders placed on Monday will ship same day if placed before 8:00 AM ET.
Orders placed on Tuesday thru Wednesday will ship same day if placed before 12pm ET.
Orders placed after 12pm ET Tuesday will be shipped the following day.
Orders placed on Wednesday after 12pm thru Sunday will ship Monday, with the following exception:
Orders placed on Wednesday thru Thursday before 12pm within (NC, SC & VA only) will ship same day, since delivery takes one day.

Description
Sable fish (also locally known as black cod) is a white, scaly delicacy that contains the same proportion of omega-3 acids as salmon. Its velvety texture, perfect white appearance and sweet flavor make it a rich culinary experience as well as a healthy and sustainable seafood option. Our home is the deep and icy waters of the North Pacific. If you try cod for the first time, it will probably become your new favorite fish! Cold-water fish is rich in the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which have been shown to have many benefits for heart, brain, respiratory health and more.
Scabbard fish is rich in nutrients such as vitamin B12.
Cutlassfish has a low mercury content.
(Note: Sablefish may contain a row of flat pin bones that are difficult to remove during preparation, but easy to remove once the fish is cooked.)
