Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Mahi Mahi Fillets
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- juice from 1 fresh Lemon
Rinse Mahi Mahi fillets under cold water and let drain.
Brush grate with oil. Preheat grill on medium to high heat.
In a bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, and pepper. Mix well.
Baste fillets with marinade. Place on grill, skin side down,
and cook app. 8 minutes. Turn fillets over and baste again.
Cook for an additional 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

- Monday (before 10 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Tuesday
- Tuesday (before 10 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Wednesday
- Wednesday (before 10 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Thursdays
- Thursday (before 10 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Friday*
SECOND OPTION:
Orders placed on Monday will ship same day if placed before 8:00 AM ET.
Orders placed on Tuesday thru Wednesday will ship same day if placed before 12pm ET.
Orders placed after 12pm ET Tuesday will be shipped the following day.
Orders placed on Wednesday after 12pm thru Sunday will ship Monday, with the following exception:
Orders placed on Wednesday thru Thursday before 12pm within (NC, SC & VA only) will ship same day, since delivery takes one day.
We are able to ship to PO boxes or FPO or APO addresses. we are also able to ship to continental US addresses.
We will ship your package via UPS, FedEx, Ground Airmax, unless your location is west coast in which case we will automatically ship Express for a 2 to 3 day Transit. Your package will take 1 to 3 days to arrive to you once it is shipped. We do not ship across weekends because shipping time extends past the effectiveness of dry ice.
