Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Halibut Fillets
- I stick Butter
- 1 tbs. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. each of Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, and dried Oregano
- 1 tbs. dried Parsley
- 1 tbs. Olive Oil
Rinse Halibut fillets under cold water and let drain.
In a small bowl, combine Paprika, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder,
Parsley, Oregano, and Cayenne Pepper.
Melt Butter. Dip Fillets into melted Butter and then into seasonings.
Preheat skillet with oil. Place fillets in hot skillet and cook 2-3 minutes
on each side until fish blackens and flakes easily with a fork.

Shipping is free on orders over $200. We will ship your package via UPS, FedEx, Ground Airmax, unless your location is west coast in which case we will automatically ship Express for a 2 to 3 day Transit. Your package will take 1 to 3 days to arrive to you once it is shipped. We do not ship across weekends because shipping time extends past the effectiveness of dry ice.
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be delivered by 7 p.m. EDT on Tuesday
- Monday (before 10 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Tuesday
- Tuesday (before 10 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Wednesday
- Wednesday (before 10 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Thursdays
- Thursday (before 10 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Friday
SECOND OPTION:
Orders placed on Monday will ship same day if placed before 8:00 AM ET.
Orders placed on Tuesday thru Wednesday will ship same day if placed before 12pm ET.
Orders placed after 12pm ET Tuesday will be shipped the following day.
