Fish and Seafood require expert handling to maintain the freshness of the product. We use Federal Express® or UPS® as our primary shipping company as their quality and experience are second to none.
All orders are shipped SIGNATURE RELEASE – NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
This means that if no one is there to receive the order from FedEx® or UPS®, the driver will leave the order at the door. This signifies acceptance of the order (the same as a signature). You will be responsible for payment of the order. We highly recommend that someone is there within the designated timeframe to accept delivery of the order and promptly refrigerate it. We recommend the use of the FedEx® or UPS® tracking number (we will e-mail you the tracking number when the order is shipped), to monitor the delivery of your order.
If this is a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that something perishable is coming via FedEx® or UPS® and to try and make arrangements to accept delivery and immediately refrigerate it upon receipt!

Shipping is free on orders over $200. We will ship your package via UPS, FedEx, Ground Airmax, unless your location is west coast in which case we will automatically ship Express for a 2 to 3 day Transit. Your package will take 1 to 3 days to arrive to you once it is shipped. We do not ship across weekends because shipping time extends past the effectiveness of dry ice.
Orders placed on Monday will ship same day if placed before 8:00 AM ET.
Orders placed on Tuesday thru Wednesday will ship same day if placed before 12pm ET.
Orders placed after 12pm ET Tuesday will be shipped the following day.
Orders placed on Wednesday after 12pm thru Sunday will ship Monday, with the following exception:
Orders placed on Wednesday thru Thursday before 12pm within (NC, SC & VA only) will ship same day, since delivery takes one day.

Description
Our sockeye salmon, caught in Alaskan waters, has a beautiful red color and a rich, fresh flavor.
We leave the skin on the underside of each sockeye salmon fillet because some of the highest amounts of omega-3 fatty acids in the meat are found next to the skin. Alaska sockeye salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are known to improve heart health, lower blood pressure and improve HDL levels. Alaska sockeye salmon also contains antioxidants like taurine and heart-healthy vitamin B12. It also contains selenium (which has been shown to promote healthy brain function and support the immune system) and is packed with proteins that promote muscle growth. Cooking the red salmon fillet skin side down ensures it stays moist throughout the cooking process, ensuring perfect presentation.
