Sea Bass & Sea Bream

Grilled Chilean Sea Bass

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Chilean Sea Bass Fillets
4 oz. Honey Teriyaki Marinade
Rinse Sea Bass fillets under cold water and let drain.
Cut Fillets in 4-6 oz. portions.

Brush grate with oil. Preheat grill on medium to high heat.
Completely cover fillets with honey teriyaki.
Place fillets on grill.

Cook fillets app. 8 minutes on each side, turning once
until fillets flake easily with a fork.
Continue to baste while grilling.

Serves 4
